I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist based in Colorado. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate the new and often challenging chapters that pregnancy and parenthood bring. Trained through Postpartum Support International, I work to increase awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms and offer compassionate, informed care during this life transition. I also specialize in grief and loss, infertility, and adoption.

In addition to working with the perinatal population, I offer therapy for individuals and couples seeking deeper connection and personal growth. I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relational challenges, and self-identity concerns.

Each session is grounded in warmth, empathy, genuineness—and occasionally, when the moment is right, a bit of humor.
