Cost Of Services

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

Individual Therapy Sessions

  • $140 for 50 minutes​

Couples Therapy Sessions

  • $180 for 50 minutes​

Sliding Scale

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who need financial flexibility. I’ll work with you whenever possible to make therapy sustainable for your needs.​

Insurance

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance. If you have a PPO, I can provide a “super bill” for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider about coverage for out-of-network services.
